Training Coaches & Empowering Youth 

Coach Hope created Escape Velocity based on three interests and passion areas:

• Entrepreneurship
• Leadership
• Empowering women & youth

She enjoys working with adults and youth alike and has developed programs catering to each. By training coaches she is able to grow youth empowerment programs to any motivated individual who wants to bring a program to their community.

No stranger to business, she has founded for profits and non-profits and her company EnConnect Holdings, LLC was acquired in 2013 by a Japanese Venture Capital Firm. Currently her full time role is as Executive Director of the Larimer Small Business Development Center (SBDC) in Colorado where she has the joy of supporting entrepreneurs along their journey.

As time permits, Hope occasionally is a guest speaker or trainer for other organizations that focus on her primary clients - youth, entrepreneurs, and community leaders. Most recently in 2024 she was a guest speaker for an entrepreneurial program for creatives and received the SBA District Director Diamond Award during Small Business Week in May of 2024.
